Tonight (Tuesday, Jan. 28) during the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting there will be a workshop on the Colony at Cole Springs Development to discuss the proposed traffic impact and improvements. No action will be taken. The meeting takes place in City Council Chambers at 6:30 PM.
Developers for the Colony at Cole Springs Development are also doing a presentation before City Council during a workshop at the Feb. 4 council meeting. The workshop starts at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
Meanwhile, the scheduled public hearings for the Zoning and MUD Consent Agreement related to the Colony at Cole Springs Development (case numbers DA 19-01 and Z 20-01) have been cancelled. The public hearings had been scheduled during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Jan. 28 and during the City Council meeting on Feb. 4. The hearings will be re-notified and we will let you know when the new dates have been set.
