From shopping to dining, free cocoa and even a pajama contest, you will be pleasantly relaxed with all Buda has to offer.
Schedule of Events:
All Day - Shop Small Saturday - forget the big box stores and shop locally-owned/locally-made businesses in Buda.
12 pm - Santa is available for complimentary family photos at the Basil Anthony Moreau (BAM) Center, 303 Main St.
12 pm - Ornament Market in the Greenbelt
3:30 pm - Cocoa Jingle - free cocoa samples at participating stations!
5:30 pm - Jingle Jammie Contest - dawn your most holiday jammies and you and your family could win!
6:00 pm - Downtown Lighting Ceremony - Help Santa countdown to holiday lights in Buda
MAIN STREET CLOSURE - SATURDAY, NOV. 30
To accommodate a large crowd for the Cocoa Jingle and Downtown Lighting Ceremony, Main Street will be closed from San Antonio to RM 967 between the hours of 3:15 pm - 6:30 pm. All traffic will be detoured through San Antonio St. & San Marcos St.
Parking for guests and customers is available on-street, in public-owned parking lots and at Buda Mill & Grain Co. South Lot. ADA parking is available on San Antonio St.
Constables will be stationed at 2770 and 967 to help participants cross during the Cocoa Jingle event.
Cocoa Jingle starts at 3:30. The map below will tell you where all of the Cocoa Jingle Stations are located. Mugs will be available for purchase for $5 at the Ornament Market starting at noon on Saturday, or you may bring your own mug or use our sample cups.
Veteran Station will have vegan/nut-free options too!
