Winter Weather Advisory: A winter weather advisory is in effect until 7:00 AM. Saturday. This is for parts of the Hill Country and the I-35 corridor, including the Austin metro. This is north of a Fredericksburg to San Marcos to Taylor line. A mix of rain, freezing rain, and sleet showers will continue through tonight. Heavier sleet and freezing rain showers are producing icy spots on bridges, overpasses, and elevated roadways, as well as, wet roads are refreezing. These are causing dangerous hazardous travel conditions.
