TIMELINE FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING (CITY HALL AND LIBRARY) MOVE
We are gearing up for the big move to our new Municipal Facility (City Hall and Library). Please note the following key dates that will impact City Services as we transition into our new facility.
The Buda Public Library will be closed to the public on Monday, July 16 through August 5, 2018. See Quick Reference below for further details regarding Summer Programs.
The City of Buda Departments* at City Hall, Annex, and Library will be closed to the public on July 19 and 20.
*Departments: City Administration, City Clerk, City Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, Library, Code Enforcement, Engineering, Inspections, Planning, Permitting, Public Information, Municipal Court, and Utility Billing
To report a water/wastewater issue you may contact Public Works at 512-312-2876.
To schedule an inspection, the Building Inspections Department will require any requests for inspections anticipated on July 19 and 20 to be scheduled 48-hours rather than 24-hours in advance. Please call 512-312-5745 to schedule an inspection.
The Police, Parks, Public Works, and Tourism Departments will remain open on those dates.

The City of Buda phone circuit moved from current location to new facility. Limited phone service for City Departments, including Police Department.

July 15 – Aug 5 - Buda Public Library closed with the exception of Summer Reading Program; no other programs, no collection availability.
July 19 – 20 - The City of Buda Departments* at City Hall, Annex, and Library closed. Building Inspection Request during these dates requires 48-hour notice.
July 23 - The City of Buda Departments will open with full services at 405 E. Loop, Building 100, except the Library.
July 23 – Aug 5 - Library Summer programs conducted at the old library - 303 Main Street. See Library website for specific times related to reading logs – www.budalibrary.org. No story times and no collection availability.
Aug 6 - Library will open with full services and programs at 405 E. Loop, Building 100.
