LOCATION LAST SEEN - 1380 Cabela’s Drive, Buda, TX
On Jan 15, 2018, Buda Police Department took a report for a missing person. David Paul Dvorchak (07/10/1948) was last seen at his residence, leaving for an appointment at 2500 W. William Cannon Dr., Austin, TX. Dvorchak has severe medical issues, and must be located immediately. Dvorchak (pictured below) is described as a 69 year-old, white male, approximately 6’02” and 270 lbs., a full head of graying brown hair, hazel eyes, large torso and small legs. Dvorchak was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt, blue jean pants, a black colored medical boot on his right foot, a medical alert necklace and eye glasses. Dvorchak was last seen driving a 2013 white colored Chevrolet Equinox (similar to the vehicle pictured below), bearing Texas Handicap License Plate: 4KSMR.
