EVENING SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE
TDS is proud that we were able to serve as many communities as possible today, even with the severe weather.
If your service was missed or canceled today, please place your containers out tomorrow. Tomorrow, TDS will aim to collect all the waste that was missed with today's cancelations (weather permitting). We will have further updates in the morning at about 8 a.m.
We are dedicated to both our team's safety and customers' satisfaction. We appreciate your patience as we all handle this icy weather together. Stay warm and stay safe!
7 PM UPDATE:
If you live in the San Antonio, Weimar or Sealy regions, service will slide one day for the remainder of the week.
If you do NOT live in those areas, no services will be slid. Weather permitting, Wednesday service will go on as normal on Wednesday, and today's missed pickups will be collected tomorrow.
