Work on the Alliance Regional Water Authority’s pipeline continues. One lane access along Old Black Colony Road will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, July 21) as the pipeline construction crosses Old Black Colony Road and continues to the south to connect to the Booster Pump Station along FM 2770. A flagger will be on hand to guide traffic. This project is currently on-time and anticipated to be completed by December 2020.
