New Delivery Station Will Create Hundreds of New Jobs
BUDA, TX - June 11, 2020 - The Buda Economic Development Corporation (Buda EDC) is excited to announce that Amazon is opening a new delivery station in Buda! With the new facility comes the creation of new jobs.
“We are proud that Amazon selected Buda; bringing hundreds of good paying jobs and opportunities for Buda residents,” said Jennifer Storm, Buda EDC Board of Directors President.
Amazon is leasing a 305,000 square foot facility at 2956 Main Street, Park 35. The delivery station is expected to open in 2020.
The new delivery station will create hundreds of permanent, full-time jobs and power job opportunities for hundreds of small businesses and independent contractors in Buda. Delivery Stations enable Amazon Logistics to supplement capacity and flexibility to Amazon’s delivery capabilities.
