Lauren Middleton-Pratt

Lauren Middleton-Pratt serves as assistant city manager for the City of Buda. In this capacity, she oversees the departments of Development Services, Destination Services, Parks and Recreations, Communications, and Facilities. She began her career in city government with the City of San Antonio HBG Convention Center, then progressed to the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership as a program representative. While in Massachusetts, Middleton-Pratt also worked for the City of Newton as a community development planner before joining the Boston Redevelopment Authority, and later JLL. During her tenure with JLL, she transitioned back to San Antonio.

Middleton-Pratt earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Boston University and her Bachelor of Communications / Public Relations and Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana.
