The City of Buda is proud to offer its citizens assistance with the cost of spay and neuter services by working with Emancipet to provide vouchers to lower or eliminate these cost. To qualify for this service you must reside within the incorporated city limits of Buda and have not met the maximum of three (3) vouchers per house hold. Before you can apply you must already have an appointment with Emancipet, you will be required to provide proof of the appointment during the application submission process.
